The Banner Password Reset Form is officially live!
The form is located in the myGateway Employee page. Scroll down the page till the Reset Banner Password Request displays on the page with a button to click to start the process.
Click the CLICK HERE button under the Ellucian logo to display the form. Provide all requested information on the form, read the compliance message, and click the Submit button to start the process.
Once the form is completely filled out and submitted, members of the Banner Security team will be notified via email for response. The requesting user will be contacted by a team member for either additional information or to complete the password reset process. The expected response time for a request will range from a few minutes up to 24 hours, except for weekends and holidays.
